Shoe Peg Corn Casserole
1 can lima beans
1 can shoe peg corn
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup or mushroom soup
1/2 cup celery, chopped
Combine and put in a casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers, dot with butter. Bake at 350° F. degrees for 35 minutes.
