Heath Brickle Coffee Cake Recipe
1 stick (1/2 C.) butter
2 C. flour
1 C. brown sugar, packed
1/2 C. white sugar
1 C. buttermilk
1 t. soda
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1 C. Heath Brickle
Blend flour, butter, and sugars. Reserve 1/2 cup of
this mixture. To the rest add buttermilk, soda, egg and 1/2 cup heath brickle. Blend well.
Pour into a greased and floured 10 x 14 pan (or close to that size).
Bake 15 minutes at 350° F. Then sprinkle with topping (below) and continue to bake 15 minutes longer.
Topping
3/4 C. of Heath Brickle
1/4 C. of pecans, chopped
