Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Casserole
1 16 oz pkg frozen broccoli spears thawed
1 lb boneless chicken breast, cooked & cubed
1/2 cup margarine divided
8 oz velveeta type cheese cubed
30 Ritz crackers coarsely crumbled
Arrange broccoli in single layer in lightly greased 1 qt baking dish; top with chicken.
Melt 1/4 cup margarine and cubed cheese in small saucepan until smooth. Pour over broccoli and chicken.
Melt remaining 1/4 cup margarine and toss with crackers crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
