Easy Chicken Sour Cream Casserole
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 boneless chicken (2 lb)
parsley, fresh ground black pepper
Boil chicken, cool and cube.
In baking dish, mix soup and sour cream. Add chicken, season with parsley, etc, to taste.
Bake at 350ºF, about 35 minutes or until bubbling.
Crumble crackers into crumbs and top mixture. Return to oven to toast crumbs.
