Creamy Tarragon Chicken

1/2 C. sour cream

1/4 C. white wine

2 T. Dijon mustard

2 t. dried tarragon

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

salt and pepper to taste

Blend the sour cream, wine, mustard and tarragon. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Cover with the sauce and bake in a 350°F. oven for 30 – 40 minutes or until chicken is brown and juices run clear in the chicken.
