Basil and Garlic Potatoes
11 medium potatoes (about 3 1/2 pounds), thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried basil leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
In 3-quart shallow baking dish layer half the potatoes, garlic, basil and pepper. Repeat layers. Pour broth over potato mixture.
Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
