Corn Fritters

1 cup sifted all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1/4 cup milk

2 teaspoons salad oil

2-1/2 cup canned whole kernel corn

Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
Beat eggs; add milk and oil.
Stir in flour mixture, then corn.
Drop by tablespoonful into hot oil.
Fry 3 to 5 minutes, turning once.
