Saucy Cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) package frozen cauliflower
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
dash salt
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 teaspoon prepared mustard
Cook cauliflower according to package directions; drain well.
Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir till bubbly. Stir in cheese and mustard.
Add cauliflower. Heat through.
Serves 4
