Sauteed Corn and Mushrooms

1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms

1 tablespoon minced onion or 1/4 sliced green onion

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

3 cups cut fresh corn

1 teaspoon each salt and sugar

1/4 teaspoon pepper

few parsley sprigs chopped

1 pimiento cut up

Cook mushrooms and onion in butter in skillet for about 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except parsley and pimiento and saute for about 5 minutes longer.
Put in serving dish and sprinkle with parsley and pimiento.
Makes 4-6 servings
