Spinach Balls with Mushroom Sauce

Spinach Balls

2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed

2 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix

1 cup chopped onion

6 eggs

3/4 cup melted butter

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

10 oz shredded mozzarella

1 tablespoons garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon thyme

Mushroom Sauce

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup chopped mushrooms

Mix all ingredients for spinach ball together, blending thoroughly.

Form into balls and bake on cookie sheet at 350° F. for 20 minutes.

Serve hot or cold.

Mix all ingredients for mushroom sauce and heat until warm.

Use to dip.
