Spinach Casserole

5 tablespoons butter

8-oz. American Cheese

6 eggs

6 tablespoons flour

1 quart (4 cup) small curd cottage cheese

3 packages (10-oz. each) frozen spinach, thawed

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Cut butter & cheese into 1/4″ cubes. Set aside

In mixing bowl, beat eggs, add flour, cottage cheese, butter and American cheese

Squeeze spinach as dry as possible and add to egg/cheese mixture. Mix well.

Place in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

Bake 1 hour.
