2 cans crescent rolls (spread on rectangle baking sheet to cover)
1 cup sour cream
1 8-oz package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
1 small onion, minced
small package crumbled Feta cheese
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Spread sour cream over crescent roll dough on baking sheet. Visually dividing the dough into thirds lengthwise, spread spinach from end-to-end, down the center 1/3 of crescent roll dough
Sprinkle minced onion and Feta cheese over spinach. Top with sliced mushrooms and then Mozzarella cheese.
Fold up sides of dough to center, pinching dough together to seal in the form of a long loaf of French bread.
Bake at 350° F.30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
