Sweet Potato Balls
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
12 large marshmallows
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup butter
Mold a spoonful of mash potato around each marshmallow, roll in cornflake crumbs.
Place in shallow baking dish.
In a saucepan, bring brown sugar, milk & butter to a boil; pour over potato balls.
Bake uncovered at 350° F. for 15 minutes.
