Tomatoes with Thyme Dressing
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp cider or red wine vinegar
1-1/2 tsp minced fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp celery seed
4 tomatoes, cut in wedges
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar and seasonings; mix well.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Drizzle 1/3 to 1/2 cup over tomatoes.
Store remaining in fridge.
