Shrimp Patties
1 1/4 C, shredded carrots
1 1/4 C. shredded potatoes
1 (4 oz.) can small shrimp
1 egg beaten
1/2 C. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. curry
Combine carrots, potatoes and shrimp; add egg and flour. Sprinkle with salt and curry; mix well.
Form into patties and fry in oil until golden.
