Wow, I don’t know if you did anything special to make these turn out so nice, but mine were an absolute disaster. The cookie dough spread out all over the top of the mini muffin pan and even started dripping onto the oven floor and burning. Was the dough supposed to be chilled before baking? Also, I used a small scoop but had about 1/3 of the dough leftover after scooping out 48, so I divided what was left among the muffin cups. Guess that was a mistake, huh?
Hi Sherry, I didn’t do anything special. I used the dough right after I let it set for 15 minutes. Perhaps they were too full? I’m not sure what happened. When did you do the marshmallows? they weren’t added until the cookie cups were almost finished baking. Let me know and I am so sorry this didn’t work for you. I’m totally baffled as to what happened.
