Better Than Sex Cake
1 package snackwell’s yellow cake mix
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup egg beaters 99% egg substitute — * see note
1 cup sour cream — fat-free, land o lakes, * see note
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce — * see note
1 package german chocolate squares — grated
16 ounces reduced fat semi-sweet baking chips — hershey’s,* see
note
1 package vanilla pudding — instant, fat free, sugar free small box

1 cup pecans
Mix (add morsels and pecans last). Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 55 minutes.
* Original recipe called for 3 large eggs, regular sour cream, 1/2 cup
vegetable oil, regular chocolate chips, regular vanilla pudding.
