Casserole Cabbage Rolls
1 lb. lean beef
1 med. chopped onion
1/4 Cup uncooked rice
1 10 oz can tomato soup
1 can water
3 Cup coarsely chopped cabbage
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Brown beef, onion, and spices. Add tomato soup, rice, and water. Stir.
Spray a casserole dish or roaster with Pam.
Put cabbage on the bottom, then add meat mixture (don’t stir).
Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 oven.
Serves 4 = 5 points each with beef.
