Honey Mustard Dressing

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt

4 teaspoons prepared mustard

4 teaspoons honey

1 tablespoons snipped dill

2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper

In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients.

Refrigerate, covered, 2-3 hours. Whisk again before serving.
