Crockpot Hot German Potato Salad

5 med. potatoes (about 1 3/4 lbs.), cut into 1/4″ slices

1 large onion, chopped

1/3 cup water

1/3 cup cider vinegar

2 tbs. all-purpose flour

2 tbs. sugar

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. celery seed

1/4 tsp. pepper

4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled

Mix potatoes and onion in 3 1/2-6 qt. slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients except bacon; pour into cooker.

Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs. or until potatoes are tender.

Stir in bacon.
