Milky Way Dessert
12 oz fat-free, sugar-free ice cream, softened
1 cup fat-free Cool Whip, defrosted
1 box fat-free, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
1/4 cup fat-free caramel topping
Mix all ingredients and freeze for 4 hours.
