Pasta Salad for a Crowd
12 cups assorted sliced vegetables:
yellow squash, zucinni, green onion, red, yellow & green pepper, carrots, cucumber, celery, radishes, grape or cherry tomatoes
5 cups rainbow rotini pasta (one pkg.)
3 oz, smoked gouda cheese – cubed
3 oz, mozzarella cheese – cubed
1 bottle Fat Free Italian dressing
Seasoning blend such as herbed pepper, or Mrs. Dash
Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Add remaining ingredients, season to taste, Chill before serving.
Makes 20 cups – 2 points per 1 cup
