12 ounces skinless boneless chicken breast

1 jar picante sauce — small

Put in crock pot and simmer all day (approx 8 hours).

Serving Size : 4

Serving Ideas: Serve with rice (would need to add additional points for rice.)

Note from Tina: I use chicken breasts layered with Ranch dressing mix (dry) and fresh salsa.  If you don’t make your own salsa, Sam’s Club has a great one in the deli.
