Grilled Pork Teriyaki

2 (3/4 pound) Pork tenderloins

1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce

1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice

1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

2 TBS. brown sugar

1 TBS. peeled, grated gingerroot

2 cloves garlic, minced

Cooking Spray

Place pork in a large heavy-duty, ziplock baggie. Combine soy sauce and next 5 ingredients. Pour over pork. Seal bag; marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.

Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade.

Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350 to 400° F.) Place pork on rack; grill, covered, 25-30 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion of pork registers 160° F., turning occasionally.
