Strawberry Mousse

Simple Strawberry Mousse

2 C. quartered strawberries

3 TBS sugar (or splenda)

1/2 C. low fat sour cream

1 1/2 C. reduced calorie cool whip

Combine the berries and sugar in a blender, process till smooth.

Combine the berries and sour cream

Fold in cool whip.

 Spoon into 6 dessert cups, freeze for 4 hrs. or till firm
