Decadent Triple Layer Mud Pie
3 oz. semisweet chocolate, melted
1/4 c. eagle brand milk (fat free)
1 pie crust, or chocolate wafer crust
2 C. skim milk
2 pkgs fat free instant chocolate pudding
8 oz. cool whip lite
Mix chocolate and eagle brand together.
Pour into crust.
Pour milk into a bowl. Add pudding
Beat with whisk for 2 minutes.
Spoon 1 1/2 c. of the pudding over the crust
Add half of the cool whip to remaining pudding. Spread over pudding layer. Top with remaining cool whip.
Chill 3 hrs.
Omitting crust is 2 ww points per serving
