Rock and Roll Ice Cream

1 cup milk

1 cup cream

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon flavoring

2 tablespoons instant pudding mix-any flavor

Put all ingredients in a 1 pound coffee can. Put lid on can.

Place the 1 pound can into a 3 pound coffee can. Fill around the can with ice. Put in 1/2 cup rock salt. Seal lid.

Roll can for 15 minutes. Then pour out water and salt.

Replace ice and another 1/2 cup rock salt.

Continue to roll can for 15 minutes more. Take out and enjoy your ice cream.
