Cheese Meatballs
3 cups (12-oz) finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup biscuit/baking mix
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 lb lean ground beef
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Crumble beef over mix and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart in greased 15 x 10 x 1-in baking pans. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink
Yield: about 4 dozen
