Savory Liver Dip
1 cup sour cream
1-1/2 oz. dry onion soup mix
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp steak sauce
2 drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 lb liver sausage, cut into small pieces
Combine sour cream and dry onion soup mix and let stand about 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add steak sauce and hot pepper sauce and mix well.
Add sour cream mixture and mix.
Add liver sausage and mix well. Chill thoroughly.
Serve with crackers or snack rye bread.
Makes about 2-1/3 cups
