Pilotas (Meatballs)

1 pound medium-ground pork meat
1 cup white bread crumbs, without crusts
2 eggs
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
olive oil for frying

Mix all ingredients, except oil, in a bowl and shape into bite-size balls. Sauté in oil until golden and serve warm.
