Pizza Dip Recipe
Looking for something easy to make for the Super Bowl? This dip might just be what you are looking for. I have been making this now for a couple of years, I first featured it in a newsletter a couple of years ago. This brings me to another subject, I am going to start doing the newsletter again. You can find the sign up below over on the right side column. I would love to be sending it to you! It is going to have a new recipe or two, kitchen tips and a brief update of what is going on at my websites. I am going to publish it twice a month I think and see how it goes. I have a few new things in development and can’t wait to share them with you.
Back to the dip, I serve it with veggies, focaccia or French bread is also good broken into pieces for dipping. I would double or triple the recipe if you are taking it to a party. The dip above was baked in a 7 inch pie plate just to give you an idea of how big it is.
Cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and olives are in this easy to make pizza dip.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, grated
- 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
- 2 ounces pepperoni, sliced
- 2 tablespoons green pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream mayonnaise, mozzarella and parmesan and spread it across the bottom of a pie plate.
- Spread the pizza sauce on top and sprinkle on the cheese, pepperoni, green pepper and olives.
- Bake in a preheated 350 F. oven until the cheese has melted, bubbling and golden brown, about 20 minutes.

I’ll bet this is really good with veggies! I don’t eat wheat anymore so this is something that I can have that tastes like pizza with no wheat!! Thanks for sharing with us at the Four Seasons Blog Hop. I am pinning this to my appetizer board!!

This looks like a football day winner. I throw my husband a birthday Super Bowl party each year and we love to have lots of appetizers for everyone to eat throughout the game. I need to add this to the menu this year.
