Salami Wrapped Scallions
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons chopped chives
24 thin slices hard salami (3″ diameter)
In small bowl, whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add chives and mix well.
Spread light layer of cram cheese on each slice of salami.
Trim each scallion to about 5″ in length.
Place one scallion in center of each salami slice and roll up. Secure with a toothpick.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
