Smoked Salmon Rolls

6 ounces softened cream cheese

1/4 cup capers, drained

1/2 pound sliced smoked salmon

Blend softened cheese with capers. Spread on salmon.

Roll, jelly-roll fashion.

Chill.

Cut in 1/2-inch slices. Serve on cocktail picks.

Makes 3-4 dozen.
