Sour Cream Pork Chops

6 boneless pork chops
salt & pepper to taste
flour enough for dredging the chops
2 tablespoon flour
6 whole cloves
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon vinegar

Season chops with salt and pepper. Dredge in the flour and brown in butter. Remove from pan and put in a baking dish.

Insert a clove in each chop.

In same pan that chops were browned put sugar, water, sour cream, and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Pour over the chops.

Tightly cover and bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours.

Serves 6.
