      I’d use some tomato sauce spiced up a little with garlic, basil and a little oregano. It’s funny but when it cooks you really don’t realize it has tomato soup in it. Of course I like it so maybe that’s why. I am not a big soup user usually but like it with this. Let me know what you come up with.

      Yes, I cup uncooked. I partially cook it before it goes in the peppers with the meat mixture. That way it doesn’t overcook and get mushy in the peppers.
