Hot Dog Sauce
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp cracker meal
2 Cups water
salt, pepper — to taste
1. Fry onions until brown. Add meat and cook slowly for 1/2 hour.
2. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for one hour.
NOTES : To get a fine texture, run through a food processor.
