Potato Salad with Dill and Sour Cream
1 C. sour cream
1 C. diced celery
1/2 C. mayo
1/2 C. diced onion
3 T. lemon juice
1/2 C. diced cucumber
1-1/2 t. salt
1/2 C. sliced radish
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
1 T. Dill weed
4 C. sliced cooked potatoes
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Mix together sour cream, mayo, juice and seasonings.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Combine two mixtures together and blend.
Chill overnight.
