Everything Pasta Salad

1 lb. spiral pasta, cooked and drained

4 oz. hard salami, cubed

1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, reserve liquid

1 cup broccoli florets, cut up

1/2 cup cauliflower florets, cut up

1/2 cup sliced carrots

6 oz can sliced black olives

8 oz Italian salad dressing

1/2 cup cubed Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients with 1 to 2 tablespoons of reserved artichoke marinade. Chill.
