Garbanzo Bean Salad

1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups seeded chopped plum tomatoes
38 ounces chickpeas
2 cans drained garbanzo beans

Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl, and stir well.

Add remaining ingredients, and stir gently.

Yield: 6 servings
