Holiday Fruit Salad
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, reserve juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 bananas, sliced
1 (22 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
3 medium apples, unpeeled and chopped
1/2 lb. red seedless grapes, halved
Drain pineapple; place juice in a small saucepan. Add sugar, flour and egg to juice, cook over low heat stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Cool.
Combine pecans and fruit; add dressing, toss well. Chill before serving.
