Potato Salad

5 lb. red potatoes, boiled, and not peeled

8 eggs, hard boiled

1 small jar of Miracle Whip salad dressing

1 medium onion, diced

4 Tbsp. sweet relish

2 Tbsp. yellow mustard

salt and pepper to taste

dash of paprika, on top

Cool, and peel potatoes and eggs and dice into large bowl.

Add salad dressing, relish, mustard and onion and mix well, until all creamy.

Add salt and pepper, and sprinkle with paprika.

Serves 15 – 20.
