Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
1 C. raspberry vinegar
1 C. olive oil
1 C. vegetable oil
1 C. maple syrup
1 T. Poupon mustard
1 T. chopped tarragon leaves
1 t. salt
Combine all ingredients and mix well in mixer or food processor. Mix until mixture thickens and is blended well.
