Eggnog Crisps
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1-1/2 teaspoons brandy extract
- 1-1/2 cups cake flour
- 1/2 cup ground pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1-3/4 cups "M&;M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits
- 36 pecan halves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add egg and brandy extract.
- Combine flour, ground pecans and nutmeg; blend into creamed mixture.
- Stir in "M &;M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits.
- Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets; top each with 1 pecan half.
- Bake 10 to 11 minutes or until edges turn light golden. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets.
