Guacamole Dip
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon wine vinegar
1 large tomato, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped scallions (including tops)
1 – 2 jalapeño chiles, minced
2 avocados, chopped
Onion salt to taste
Seasoning salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate before serving.
Note: I like to mash one of the avocados and chop one. I love the creamy texture it gives the guacamole.
