Chunky Guacamole

6 ripe Hass avocados

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

4 plum tomatoes, finely diced

1 medium onion, finely diced

1 jalapeño pepper, minced (with seeds if desired)

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 1/4 teaspoons coarse salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Remove skins from avocados. Place the avocados in a bowl and mash with a fork until you get the consistency you want.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Adjust seasonings to your tastes.

Use as soon as you can. Otherwise it will start to turn dark.
