Parmesan Meatballs
1 lbs. lean hamburger
1 egg
salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
olive oil
In bowl, combine hamburger, egg, salt and pepper, garlic, cheese & bread crumbs. Mix well. Form in 1 1/4″ balls.
In heavy skillet over medium heat, heat enough olive oil to coat pan bottom. Add meatballs. Turn occasionally, cook 10-15 minutes.
Serve with spaghetti and your favorite sauce.
