Quick Cannoli Pudding

15 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon orange juice

1-1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel

1/4 cup mini-chocolate chips

In a medium bowl, stir together the ricotta, sugar, orange juice, and zest until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Serve at room temperature or chilled.
