Sausage and Peppers

8 hot or mild italian sausages

1 large can crushed tomatoes

1 large onion (chopped)

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1/2 teaspoon each of pepper, basil, red pepper, and parsley

salt to taste

1 clove garlic (crushed) 

Cook sausages in frying pan till done, set aside.

Chop peppers and onions and cook in clean frying pan with a little oil. Add tomatoes, spices, and garlic cook till tastes combine, approximately 5 minutes.

Cut up sausages to bite size peaces and add to mix heat through for a few more minutes and serve.

Makes 4 servings (2 sausages per person)
