Sicliano Steak
2-1/2 C burgundy wine
1 med garlic chopped
1 med onion chopped
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp horseradish
2 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp mustard (ground)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
Combine all ingredients except the butter. Place steak in marinate and let sit at least overnight.
Grill steak.
In a sauce pan add butter to marinate and heat.
Pour the marinate over spaghetti.
You can make all this ahead & place in a ziploc bag in your freezer until you are ready to enjoy. The longer it marinates the better the meat.
