Golden Country Grits

Golden Country Grits

4 cups cooked grits
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.

Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Yield: 8-10 servings.
